This Report contains the proposed Bill that shall streamline the establishment and management of Tribunals in Kenya. The bill describes: appointment of members and chairpersons of Tribunals to ensure that these appointments comply with Chapter 6 of the Constitution. It also addresses issues of access to justice and good governance recommendations to ensure that Tribunals in Kenya are regulated under a unified body.
