The Kenya Law Reform Commission (KLRC) invites sealed tenders for the provision of Insurance Services for Provision of Group Life Insurance Cover to KLRC Commissioners and Staff for a period of one-year renewable under the same Terms subject to satisfactory performance.
- Tendering will be conducted under open competitive tendering method using a standardized tender document and is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers. Tenderers will be allowed to tender for all items.
- Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during office hours 0900 to1500 hours at the Procurement Office, Reinsurance Plaza 3rd floor Room 315.
- Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the Website(s) http://www.klrc.go.ke or www.tenders.go.ke. Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge. - All Tenders must be accompanied by an original tender Security of KES 20,000.00 valid for 126 days from 20th November 2023 in the form of Bank Guarantee, Bankers Cheque or Insurance guarantee from approved list of Insurance companies by Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA).
- The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.
- Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below ON OR BEFORE 20TH NOVEMBER 2023 at 10.00 AM. Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
- Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers' designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.
- Late tenders will be rejected.
