In pursuant to requirement of Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act 33 of 2015 (REVISED EDITION 2022) which requires that “Upon submission of the procurement plans to the National Treasury pursuant to section 44(2)(c) of this Act, the accounting officer of a procuring entity shall publish and publicize its approved procurement plan as invitation to treat on its website”.
