This is a report which contains the findings of the legislative and policy audit in the Urban Development Sector in Kenya. It provides an in-depth sectoral analysis of both the national and county governments under the current devolved system of governance. It also identifies the gaps and challenges and further outlines recommendations for harmonization and alignment of legislation and policy in the sector.
