5.1 Each Commissioner commits to:
a) uphold the Vision, Mission and Core Values of the Commission and to ensure their implementation;
b) uphold the national values and principles of governance and values and principles public service; and
c) promote the efficient, effective and economic use of resources.
5.2 Each Commissioner undertakes to take into account not only the possible financial impact of the decisions taken but also the consequences of the same for sustainable development and their effect on the general interest of the public.
