Legal Internship openings 2018 Kenya Law Reform Commission
The Kenya Law Reform Commission is an independent Commission established under Kenya Law Reform Commission Act, 2013. The Commission provides technical assistance to the National Government and County Governments in matters of Law Reform. The Commission is mandated to keep under all Laws of Kenya to ensure they conform to the letter and spirit of the Constitution and that such laws respect treaty obligations in relation to International instruments that constitute part of Laws of Kenya.
The Commission is further required by the Public Service Commission to offer internship opportunities to qualified students. The Kenya Law Reform Commission seeks to engage Six (6) interested Kenyan candidates to undertake their Internship Programme with the Commission for a period of six (6) months commencing November, 2018, renewable once upon exemplary performance.
1. Possess a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from a recognized University;
2. Admitted to the Kenya School of Law;
3. Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment and under strict timelines;
4. A team player; and
5. Possess a Computer Applications Certificate.
